Thanks for asking! If you didn't notice, SJCS launched an "official" blog in response to B.E.S.T. Jaguar. (I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery) Check it out. We've been "standing down" from creating too much traffic on this site lately, in an effort to let the school blog get some eyeballs and see where that goes.

I got my children's report card today. I think this would be a great forum to collaborate on a "report card" for the school. Some things get A's (Wednesday Mass with Fr. Alfonse is one) and some things get D's or F's (like the concrete playground and finding out about a teacher gettng fired from the children instead of a letter from the school). Any other grades we should pass out?

The principal you constantly rip on your blog left to go to a bigger better school, a promotion. Since he left enrollment has dropped and the school is shadow of its previous self.
The principal you constantly ripped has been named the Diocesan Principal of the Year. Humm???? He gets selected by members of the Diocese and the Catholic Foundation for his good work and you hate him and tear him down without stating your name.

DeleteInteresting. Unfortunately Ryan was gutless and would never take credit for his "work". We are long gone and it was good riddance to a community that allowed a small but nasty group to try and take over the school. They were an embarrassment and I hope they like their smaller school with less of everything including teaching staff. I would just love to hear how Best Jaguar likes it now and I bet he is not happy in his new school either, probably another "ineffective" administration.
DeleteThis popped up on an old list of addresses and I wanted to check in to see if anyone has posted. I just love looking at the old posts and reading the really nasty stuff from the "anonymous" who love to complain but won't take ownership. I too heard it was Ryan and the Rodriguez clan all who had a beef with the principal. We are gone now and in another Catholic School. Wow what a joy to be in a real CATHOLIC school community! St. Joe was and I think still is filled with people who have no loyalty and run off to a greener pasture whenever they don't get what they like. Too bad, it was a nice place and a good group but all of the leadership left and now it is just a very pale shadow of its old self. They got what they wanted and now they have very little. You know what they say, Karma........
